Small-batch pickled mushrooms, fermented slowly rather than quick-pickled, with no additives. Each variety is developed for a different use: the shimejis are delicate and hold their crunch, King Oyster is meaty enough for a plate of its own, Crimini is the familiar one, and Shiitake carries the deepest umami.

Every jar carries a full ingredients list. Ask us for allergen details on any variety and we will send them through.

Anything over 60 jars is a wholesale order. Tell us how many jars you need and we will email you to choose the varieties and how many of each, then ship the order to you directly.

There is no fixed case size, so the split across the five varieties is entirely yours — all of one, or a little of everything.
